1. Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.

In their original packaging with all tags/labels intact.

For hygiene reasons, socks and towels that have been used, washed, or worn cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of damaged or incorrect items).
3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at info@renewfibers.com before sending it back.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@renewfibers.com with photos of the product and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, sale items, and personalized/customized products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
